We understand that you need your computers and mobile devices to work; therefore, we will monitor your equipment and do what whatever is necessary to assure that your systems are well maintained and your data is protected. SPELLNET Concierge will deal with all technology questions and interactions with your technology vendors as needed to achieve the desired results. If and when your equipment dies, we will restore your data on new hardware and do whatever it takes to keep you in business.

Our clients typically do not require 24x7 service. When a problem is discovered, a rapid response during normal business hours coupled with an emergency number in case of something truly debilitating is what most people require. You don’t want to pay for a fraction of a person sitting around on a typical Saturday night waiting for a call from you. But if you were about to leave on a major business trip and you discovered your laptop hardware had died completely, you would want some way to get in touch so that a new laptop could be configured based upon the prior night’s backup and FedEx’ed to your hotel. SPELLNET Concierge will find a way to satisfy your request.

During the usual workday, you can call the Concierge Service Desk or click on the Digital Concierge Icon to request a service or to get a question answered. When you make a request, we’ll ask you to prioritize the request (by checking a box) so we’ll know your sense of urgency concerning the matter. Over time we’ll get a sense of the frequency of such requests and you will only be billed for the level of service that you actually require.

From time to time, we suspect it will be worthwhile for you to have a training session. Most of these sessions can be done remotely via web conferencing or video link, as appropriate. We suspect there will be some important ways that we can help you to better utilize the software and hardware systems that you already have. For example, we can work with you to design and refine your email program so that you get only the email that you want to see and need to respond to. If you grant access to your calendar, our service desk can organize activities that fit within your schedule and business engagements. With each engagement, we will provide a financial proposal and a timeline to give you a clear idea of what will be happening when and what to expect.
